The first cable car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, which rises 215 meters above sea level and offers spectacular views of the entire bay and its surrounding islands. “The most beautiful thing about cooking is the silent language. You can’t write about it. I can’t teach it. That’s why there are so many cookbooks but not much success out of cookbooks.”

Maria, I wanted to send you an email personally to thank you for the wonderful adventure we experienced in our recent trip to South America.  It was fun, laid back, informative, and just good times were had.

The team you put together for us could not have been any better from Lilia, Gabbi, Andres (Andy), Maggie to all the drivers.   Mark and I spoke about the trip and the only thing different we would have done was have 1 more day in BA (so much to do) and stayed in the Palermo district either the first time or the second time around.

A friend of mine has already asked me about who helped plan the trip so I will be passing your name to them.

Wishing you, your family, and your team at Across South America a VERY HAPPY HOLIDAY.

Best
