The Experience: Are you looking to explore the end of the world in a different way? We invite you to explore Ushuaia and take you to the heart of the island of Tierra del Fuego where a Natural Recreation Reserve is located. An area of summer concentration of guanacos and suitable habitat for the fuegian red fox, only native canid, currently at risk of disappearing. The Heart of the Island Reserve is located north of Fagnano Lake, among the commune of Tolhuin and Tierra del Fuego National Park. Dare to take a different circuit at the End of the World…

Duration: 4 days
DAY 1: Visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park.
Arrival in Ushuaia and private transfer to your hotel. Visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park. Reach the Ensenada Bay, enjoy a short walk along the beach and the woods. Continue the journey towards the Lapataia, the point where all routes of America come to their end.
DAY 2: Exploring the Heart of the Island.
Enjoy a canoe ride down the river and the Beagle Channel, to reach the Harberton Ranch. Embark on a navigation to visit penguins and take a walk in one of the most beautiful places. Experience some adrenaline in an off-road tour along the forest by Lake Fagnano and the Andes Range. Finally reach the cottage where we’ll spend the night, to relax and dine.
DAY 3: Heart of the Island Reserve & Trekking to Cerro Cabras.
Travel by the ecotone area, where the steppe and the subantarctic forest merge, offering high voltage views. You will also see the “Estancias” main houses. After having lunch we will hike to the summit of “Cerro Cabras”, from where we’ll get incredible views.
DAY 4: Free Morning
Rest and enjoy your hotel. Optional Beagle Channel Navigation. Transfer out to Ushuaia Airport.
