DAY 1: Arrival in Lima.
Private transfer to your Hotel. Free day for acclimatization to altitude.
DAY 2: Machu Picchu Experience.
Our day begins boarding the Vistadome train that will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes. From there we’ll take a bus and finally reach the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu. We’ll walk around the ruins for approximately three hours, and after having lunch at Tinkuy Restaurant, we’ll return to Cusco City.
DAY 3: Trekking from Cachora to Chiquisca.
Our day begins at 5:30 am, traveling from Cusco to Cachora, where the trekking begins. Walking towards the passage of Capuliyoc, we’ll enjoy wonderful views of the Padreyoc Mountain, the Canyon and the Apurimac River. We’ll spend the night at the Canyon of Chiquisca. Trekking Time: 7 hours.
DAY 4: Marampata Circuit.
After Breakfast we’ll descend to Playa Rosalina and continue towards Marampata, where we’ll appreciate the spectacular view of Choquequirao Archeological Complex. Trekking Time: 7 hours.
DAY 5: Choquequirao Archeological Complex.
Today we’ll visit the archaeological complex of Choquequirao and the Canyon of Apurimac, where we’ll have lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll trek towards the camp located at the beautiful Carmen Gardens. Trekking Time: 6 hours.
Day 6: Visit Pacobamba & Huanipaca.
Today we’ll pass by the manor of Tambo Bamba and by the little villages of Pacobamba and Huanipaca. Afterwards we’ll return to Cusco by bus and spend the night in the hotel. Trekking Time: 5 hours.
Day 7: Morning at leisure
Transfer to Cusco International Airport.
