Day 1: Arrive in Buenos Aires. Enjoy city highlights in the “Paris of South America” & paired lunch in a chic restaurant
Before you head out to explore this magnificent city, you’ll be welcomed at the airport and transferred to your accommodation by private vehicle. Here, our Experience Manager and your concierge for this journey kicks off the trip with a “Welcome Meeting” followed by a relaxing day enjoying the best of Buenos Aires’ as you adapt to the new destination.
You will visit the city’s main attractions today and enjoy a delicious three-course lunch paired with some of the best Argentinean wines at a closed-door chic restaurant.

Day 2: A local taste of Buenos Aires - Asado experience
Today we invite you to a private local residence to learn how to make an Argentinian Asado. Bring a hat, sunglasses, and comfortable clothing and shoes for a day of walking, cooking, drinking, and eating.
We will head off to visit the local butcher, baker, and wine merchant. We’ll buy our ingredients just like a local. You will also be getting a walking tour of the very hip and trendy neighborhood of either Palermo Viejo and enjoying some street art along the way.
You’ll learn all the secrets of how to make a great asado from our maestro parrillero.
You’ll try different cuts of meat and learn all about chinchulines, chorizo, morcilla, riñones, and mollejas.
You’ll learn how the success of Fernet is linked to the story of Italian immigration.
You’ll learn the social customs of drinking and sharing mate, one of Argentina’s favorite non-alcoholic hot drinks.

Day 3: Buenos Aires – Navigate the "Delta" & tango luxury show
Board a First Class motorboat that will take you to the Delta del Tigre. During the hour and a half trip, you can admire Buenos Aires from the Río de la Plata, its northern areas, and the delta channels, while enjoying refreshments on board.
After the trip by motorboat, a minibus will pick you up and take you to visit the Paseo Victorica, the most important neighborhood of Tigre and the Puerto de Frutos. You will soon find yourself in San Isidro where you will visit the historic center of the city and the Cathedral on foot while enjoying an aperitif, and finally, you will see the northern areas of the city and the Presidential Residence in Olivos, before returning to the city.
In the evening enjoy a dinner and tango show at one of Buenos Aires’s most exclusive and intimate Tango Show. Gala tango. In a unique place for its architecture and decoration, French-style . Its exclusive details of refinement make Gala Tango the most glamorous site of Buenos Aires. Since you take the first contact with Gala Tango until the end of the show, you will feel in a different place and live a real experience. Gourmet a la Carte specially designed for the most demanding customers accompanied by wines from one of the most exclusive wineries of Argentina. A Tango Show and elegant, warm and refined Folklore Gala Tango defined as a higher level in folk art. Typical Orchestra formed by a quintet (piano, accordion, two violins, and bass) accompanied by two tango singers, four couples dancing a show charanguista and bolas.

Day 4: Estancia Puesto Viejo - Your Polo Experience begins
After breakfast, a private transfer will drive you to Estancia Puesto Viejo, on the outskirts of Buenos Aires. Get to the peaceful countryside and disconnect from the vibrant city.

Day 5 & 6: Polo Experience in a Traditional Argentine Estancia.
Get prepared to live a pure Polo experience! A professional Polo player will organize the daily routine and the Polo lessons according to the game level and experience of each participant. Basic equipment and one polo practice match is included each day (4 chukkers, 4 horses). During your stay in the Estancia, you may also get entertained with horseback ridings, carriage rides, bikes, and swimming pool.

Day 7: Buenos Aires – Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay Wines & Cheese tour
An hour’s ferry ride brings you to the beautiful Uruguayan city of Colonia del Sacramento. A short private transfer gets you to the loveliest hotel in town. During the day enjoy a private guided walk through the historical downtown, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and taste local wines, cheese and homemade desserts at a charming little place called El Buen Suspiro.

Day 8: La Vigna Farm with tasting
Located at only 59 km from Colonia del Sacramento and 118 km from Montevideo you will find “La Vigna”
In 1880 it was set up as a Winery belonging to a family of Italian immigrants from Piedmont dedicated to Tannat winemaking. Today, more than 120 years after that, “La Vigna” is born as a warm and exclusive Country House Hotel, rigorously restored by its current owners. A haven in the country offering serenity, homemade delicacies, and heavenly landscapes that invite you to relax and enjoy a balanced mixture of European rural architecture and avant-garde exotic, refined interior design… Rural enticement and a healthy and natural lifestyle added to modern comfort.
At “La Vigna”, we make our own food products, which are based on the care of and respect for nature and a healthy lifestyle. Our Organic Garden, our ecology-concerned and respectful breeding of farm animals and our fruit trees provide us with the raw materials necessary to create each of the flavors offered by La Vigna’s organic gourmet cuisine. Herbs and aromatic spices – the leading ingredients in “good eating” culture – are handpicked and then sun-dried so as to keep their full flavor and scent. We make traditional Jams, Cheeses, Liqueurs, Chutneys and Preserves, in addition to some extravagant products exclusively created by “La Vigna”. Taste some of the specialty regional cheese “boards”, tapas and homemade delicacies, served with good wine, or simply a place to relax and linger at.

Day 9: Montevideo - Explore the city
After breakfast, a private transfer will drive you to the capital city of Montevideo.
Visit the city with a private guide. Discover Montevideo’s monuments, parks and gardens. The main points of interest are the Old City, Constitution Square, the Cathedral and the Colonial Town Hall, Solis Theatre, Independence Square (at the centre of which stands a monument and mausoleum dedicated to the country’s national hero, José Gervasio Artigas. Facing the square is the Government House (Museum of the Presidents). From the square starts the main commercial street 18 de Julio lined with shops, cafés and office buildings, then Plaza del Entrevero, the Parliament, an immense building that is the pride of Uruguay. It was constructed between the years 1908 and 1925 utilizing local marble of 52 colours and 12 types of wood. Inside visits are only possible on weekdays (weekends and holidays closed), and depend on Parliament activities. (There is an entrance fee to enter).
We will continue our drive over to the Prado neighbourhood, one of the oldest parks and residential area of the city which hosts the famous sculpture La Diligencia (The Stage Coach), Monument to the last of the Charrua indians, the Rose Garden and offers you the chance to spend time around the Prado Hotel. We will continue our city tour over to the Batlle & Ordoñez Park, passing by the Obelisk, La Carreta monument (Covered Wagon) and the Soccer Stadium.
Then, the drive will take us to the residential area of Carrasco with a prior stop at Plaza Virgilio, which has a monument dedicated to the fallen Navy soldiers. From here, we’ll have an excellent view of the city, a great spot for photographers. Our tour will return along the coastal road and beaches.
Day 10: Montevideo trails of Tannat wines with tasting & lunch
You will be visiting select wineries – family owned businesses – and spend an unforgettable time enjoying the unique atmosphere of these establishments. Homeowners will welcome you to their properties with their typical warmth, appreciating your visit to share a piece of their daily work and see (and taste!) the fruits of their labor.
You will tour the vineyards; learn of their history and of the winemaking process. You will taste different wines accompanied by delicious “picadas”, which are generally an assortment of cold cuts and/or cheeses (content of a picada may vary from winery to winery). Wine tasting will include the Tannat, the emblematic grape of Uruguay that is very well regarded in regional and international contests, as an even better quality grape than its French counterpart.

Day 11: Montevideo - End of our trip
After a hearty breakfast, we depart on the last leg of our journey; Private transfer to Montevideo Airport.
