DAY
01

Touchdown into Buenos Aires and a private driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel. You tour begins with a ‘Welcome meeting’ by our Experience Manager, also your personal concierge for this journey who will provide you with her phone or WhatsApp contact where you can reach her 24/7 throughout the tour. She will take care of all the details during your trip and answer all your queries to make your trip a once in a lifetime experience.

02

Discover Buenos Aires’ rich culture

Spend the morning tracing the steps of Evita across this magnificent city, including the Evita Museum where you’ll enjoy a special lunch. Put your rhythm at test by visiting the San Telmo and La Boca – locally known as the ‘tango neighbourhoods’. You can learn the Fileteado Porteño technique from a local artist. This is followed by a full tango evening where you can try your first steps of this popular dance style with a local dancer, enjoy an Argentine dinner featuring local wines, and round it all up with a stroll along Milongas.

03

The next stop on this 14-day South American culinary adventure is Bariloche. Private transfers to and from the airport, and domestic flight is included in the package.

Spend the day exploring the gorgeous setting of Bariloche, taking in panoramic views from Punto Panoramico and Cerro Campanario viewpoints. Enjoy a peaceful hike through the soft trails by the woods, also featuring your first taste of the traditional South American drink – mate – with cookies by the lake.

Watch condors and enjoy a nomadic gourmet experience

DAY
04

Discover the vastness of steppe with your guide Lorenzo Sympson – third generation in a British family of birdwatchers, who was born and raised at an Argentine Estancia. It’s an outdoor experience that features a scenic hike on which you can observe Condors, listening and learning about these amazing birds, followed by a one-of-a-kind lunch at a nomad restaurant with wines.

Today we will travel from Argentina to Chile, crossing the Andes. The journey features amazing views of the lakes, volcanoes and the majestic Andes mountain ranges. Our journey ends at the lovely Puerto Varas city in Chile where we will stay overnight.

We leave after breakfast, exploring Puerto Varas with our local guide. Enjoy lunch at one of the town’s classic restaurants before your private transfer takes you to the airport for your flight to Santiago, Chile’s cosmopolitan and energetic capital. Another private vehicle takes you to your Accommodation.

07

We kick off the day with a visit to La Vega and the Historic Central Market to pick up the ingredients that will be needed for today’s special culinary experience. At El Galeon Restaurant, savour a pisco sour while Jimmy Valdez Chef leads the cooking lesson that will introduce you to quintessential Chilean dishes. Your amazing lunch is followed by a visit to Santiago’s main attractions. Savour the delights of a day well spent over your gourmet dinner.

Casablanca Valley wines

DAY
08

Today we make our way to the lush, vine-covered hills of the Casablanca Valley, 75 km away from Santiago. At Matetic vineyards, you can learn about winemaking, bottling and storage. The visit to this beautiful vineyard includes tasting of two premium wines from the Corralillo line and lunch.

From here we visit Isla Negra to see the museum house of Pablo Neruda before returning to our boutique hotel in Santiago during the afternoon.

Depart by your private vehicle for the airport to fly to your next destination – Mendoza, the name synonymous with wines. Your day includes an introduction to different wine regions by a renowned sommelier, wine tasting and dinner. The little region produces 2/3 of Argentinean wines and the perfect place to enjoy the country’s best drops.

An exclusive culinary experience at Uco Valley

10

We journey into one of Mendoza’s key wine producing areas – Uco Valley, visiting the Clos de los 7 Winery. The experience is surreal as you enjoy the best of this region and its landscapes. A private lunch at The Bonnie Family Mansion is another highlight of the day.

Relax by the Andes

11

It’s a day of pure relaxation! Unwind with a glass (or bottle) of wine, experiencing the vineyard lifestyle, including visiting a vineyard, picnicking with an unforgettable view and enjoying a traditional Argentine style barbecue. Wining and dining done, you can head to the spa for an incredible massage.

Adventure seekers (who love to drink wine), this one is for you! Trek the Andes Mountains, horseback ride through the vineyard and learn about how some of the best wines in Mendoza are made.

Savour the flavours of Mendoza

DAY
12

Discover the wonderful combination of textures and flavours at a chocolate tasting in Casa El Enemigo. The sensational is followed by lunch at Divina Comedia Restaurant.

A private transfer and domestic flight later you arrive at your next Accommodation in a traditional “Estancia” or ranch in the Pampas, about one hour and a half from the city of Buenos Aires. Here we will learn up close the “Gaucho” lifestyle and its traditions.

13

San Antonio de Areco is the ideal place to get acquainted with Gaucho’s traditions and enjoy the countryside. Walk around the historical centre with a local; understand how Creole artists’ ateliers create the local crafts, visit Draghi and Guirlades Museum and enjoy lunch at a typical Pulperia with local wine.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Rest of the day remains free to enjoy the activities at the Estancia until your departure time  when we transfer you to the airport. Late check-out is possible, although it may involve an additional cost.
