Start by Booking a day to talk with us.
To give you authentically personalized insights, we always recommend a "virtually" meeting.
So, Book a day on our calendar to chat with us. We will meet Via Google Meet or a WhatsApp call. We’ll discuss travel planning options/strategies and answer any questions. We will present a trip draft and will discuss alternatives for your trip.

We typically require a small itinerary design fee ( USD 99) before this call. The design fee enables us to dedicate truly personalized attention to each of our travelers and is fully applicable to the final cost of your trip.
TELL US About You
Our trips are all Around YOU. So the most important step is to learn about you and what you’re looking for in this trip. Before our call, we will send you a trip form to complete with your travel preferences - where you want to go and your general trip goals, plans, expectations, and budget.

GET your Custom Trip Itinerary
After the call, we will send you an initial itinerary proposal and Make the necessary adjustments to Make it your DREAM TRIP.

SECURE YOUR TRIP
Once you are ready to book, we will ask for a Booking fee (USD 199 per person). We will work on all the bookings for your trip and send you A Final Itinerary. You can secure your Trip by paying the initial deposit (20 to 30% depending on the trip). The fee paid for your consultation and the booking fee is deducted from the price of your trip.

For us, travel is a way of life. We were born into a travel-obsessed family and had already lived in three different countries in South America by the time we started school, so wanderlust was inevitable for us. We are incredibly fortunate to have parents that insisted that travel was the best classroom and, thankfully, our school holidays were spent exploring fascinating places, both near and far.

Super Travel agency for SouthAmerica
We used Across twice in 2018 and 2019 for planning our trips to Argentina. The second time we had a super complicated trip starting in Pantanal/Brazil, to Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and back to Argentina.
Across arranged all flights, pick-ups, activities, and hotels to perfection.
Payments for the trip were made in advance via bank transfer to a bank account in Spain.
We went on Stella Australis cruise for 4 nights from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia, and we loved it. Super expedition cruise, with a super team, great food, and an open bar. We even were lucky to land on Cape Horn, before the weather got too windy.
Besides this cruise, we also visited Peninsula Valdes and Salta.
Everything worked as planned, in case there were some questions you have a WhatsApp number and Lilia did everything to come up with the answers super quick. Even early in the morning or late at night. And in between inquiring if we were okay :-)
We would recommend Across Argentina to everyone looking for an efficient travel agency with great knowledge about this destination. In case you are looking for some more unusual experiences, just ask them and they will arrange it for you.

The women at Across South America did a fantastic job!! We had many modifications because of COVID but we pulled off our Patagonia adventure. My highlight was Tierra del Fuego on our small boat cruise. We enjoyed the Chilean and Argentinean sides of Patagonia for a few weeks. The lodging Across South America set up for us was first class. Many cool one-of-a-kind locations. The guides they set us up with were well informed and fun to be with. We added a few days in Chiloe in southern Chile. Great island area. Buenos Aires and Santiago were dynamic cities. While in Buenos Aires we made it to Iguazu Falls, another life-changing experience. We followed the fall with Ibera Wetlands National Park. Our month-long adventure was top-notch. The staff at Across South America were supporting us on a daily basis. When we had a COVID regulation roadblock, they found a solution. You cannot go wrong with Across South America. True custom travel.
